Automated promotion from benchmark pass to production creates unaccountable AI behavior changes.
Decision
No AI asset (prompt version, model pin, capability definition) reaches production without explicit human approval recorded in the acceptance workflow (PRD-000 Acceptance Lab or authorized CLI with audit).
Consequences
Positive: Accountability, compliance-friendly audit, safe iteration.
Negative: Slower promotion — accepted tradeoff.
