These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZAIXOS corporate website and related company experiences operated by ZAIXOS at https://zaixos.com, including Solution Finder / discovery, proposal review, and contact flows (collectively, the "Company Site").

By accessing or using the Company Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Company Site.

The Company Site helps you learn about ZAIXOS products and services, describe a software need, receive a structured proposal draft, and continue a commercial conversation with ZAIXOS.

It is an evaluation and information tool. It is not a binding contract, final quote, or purchase agreement unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate signed agreement.

ZAIXOS products such as Clinic OS, ZAIXOS Voice, and Adaptive Content Filter may have their own websites, accounts, pricing, and terms. When you use a product, that product's terms and privacy policy apply to the product service.

Links from the Company Site to product sites are provided for convenience. Product availability, features, and pricing are described on those product sites.

Proposals generated through discovery are indicative drafts based on the information you provide. Timelines, complexity assessments, scope, and recommendations may change after detailed review with our team.

No payment obligation is created solely by generating or viewing a proposal draft on the Company Site.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or using discovery
• Use the Company Site in good faith and for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the service
• Not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

The Company Site, including branding, copy, design, and software, is owned by ZAIXOS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Company Site materials except as allowed by these Terms or with prior written permission.

You retain ownership of project information you submit. You grant ZAIXOS a limited license to use that information to operate discovery, prepare proposals, and respond to your inquiry.

We aim to keep the Company Site available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, content, and product links may evolve as we improve the site.

THE COMPANY SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAIXOS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Proposal drafts and marketing descriptions are informational and may not reflect final deliverables.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAIXOS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE COMPANY SITE.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Company Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAIXOS from claims arising out of your misuse of the Company Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ZAIXOS's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Dispute venue details will be confirmed as company registration is completed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Company Site after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
